Day 1 (Sunday): Delhi Safdarjung Station

The beautiful journey on the Royal Rajasthan on Wheels starts from New Delhi. At the Safdarjung station (Delhi), you get to enjoy the traditional aarti and tikka ceremony with lovely garlands. On board, refresh yourself with mocktails. Once you check in, you are free to enjoy the comfort of your beautifully designed cabins. The luxurious train departs from the station at 16.30 pm and you start with your 8-day royal journey which you are going to remember for a lifetime.


Day 2 (Monday): Jodhpur

So, the first destination is here! The train arrives at Jodhpur at 09.15 am. Enjoy the breakfast on board and have a look at the second largest city of Rajasthan. Jodhpur gives you a great opportunity to capture the forts and monuments of the Rajput glory. Explore the magnificent Meharangarh fort and Jaswant Thada built long back in the 1899. Post this; you get to munch delicious food at a hotel. The train departs from Jodhpur at 17.10 and you are served with dinner on board.


Day 3 (Tuesday): Udaipur & Chittorgarh

Udaipur

The train arrives at the second destination, Udaipur at 08.00 am. Start your day with breakfast on board and then, you can have a look at one of the most popular cities of Rajasthan. The city is well-known for its lakes and palaces. Click pictures at picturesque sights across the city followed by a lunch at a hotel. This further follows a trip to the crystal gallery. The train departs from Udaipur at 14.30 pm.

Chittorgarh

You reach Chittorgarh, the Land of the Braves at 16.45 pm. The place offers you a visit to the greatest fort in Rajasthan. Discover the life of the great Rajput rulers and visit the Vijay Stambh which is considered the symbol of glory. After visiting the major tourist attractions, you get to enjoy a light and sound programme at the fort. Have dinner on board or at one of the city hotel with a good cultural programme. The train departs from Chittorgarh at 22.00 pm.


Day 4 (Wednesday): Sawai Madhopur/ Jaipur

The fourth day of this luxurious tour starts with the arrival of the train at Sawai Madhopur at 05.30 am. Enjoy breakfast on board or at one of the city restaurants. Sawai Madhopur is immensely popular for its key tourist attraction, the Ranthambore National Park. Make a visit to the national park and get a quick look of the royal tigers roaming around in open. You also pay a visit to a famous fort of Rajasthan near to the park. You can also visit Amareshwar Mohadeo temple on your way to the park. Have tasty lunch on board. The train departs for its next destination at 11.00 am.

Jaipur

The train arrives at the Pink City, Jaipur at 13.15 pm. Have a glimpse of the 12th century, look around the Hawa Mahal, take elephant rides at amber fort and shop unique Rajasthani work items from the market. Lunch at a hotel or on board and pay visit to the city palace after this. In the city palace, you get to see centuries old artifacts and the observatory which was built by the founder of Jaipur, Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh. Eat dinner at a hotel along with a cultural programme. The train departs from Jaipur at 22.15 pm.


Day 5 (Thursday): Khajuraho

The train arrives at 11.00 am at Khajuraho. Energize yourself with yummy breakfast on board and go forward to visit ancient temples of Khajuraho which present a great architectural picture of the Chandela Dynasty. The place is known to put forth a true picture of passion, creative arts and music. There are many temples and museums near the place which you can visit. Have lunch at a hotel and dinner on board after the train departs at 18.30 pm.


Day 6 (Friday): Varanasi (Banaras)

Arrive at the oldest city in the world, Varanasi at 06.00 am. Step out to witness a city which is more than 3000 years old and famous for its temples. There are many temples across the city such as Jyotirlinga Visvanatha temple or golden temple which was rebuilt in 1776 and is dedicated to the Lord Shiva. There is also a well called The Jnana Vapi well (well of wisdom) which is believed to have been dug by Lord Shiva himself. The Ganga Ghats are well-known as a pilgrimage spot of Varanasi. Enjoy your visit to a city which is considered a symbol of spiritualism and philosophy for thousands of years. It is the very city which has given us great saints and personalities. These include Gautama Buddha, Mahavira, Kabir, Tulsi das, Shankaracharaya, Ramanuja and Patanjali. You also get to enjoy sightseeing which include visit to Ghats, temples and Maha Aarti. Enjoy lunch at a hotel and dinner on board. The train departs from Varanasi at 18.00 pm.


Day 7 (Saturday): Agra

The train arrives at Agra at 05.00 am. Have breakfast on board and leave to have a visit to the most popular destinations of the world, Agra. The place offers two heritage monuments for the visit including Taj Mahal and Agra Fort. Enjoy the vibrant art and culture of Agra. You can also buy handicrafts products for yourself such as brass wear, jewellery, zari, embroidered items and footwear. Eat lunch at a hotel and dinner on board. The train then departs for its last stop, New Delhi at 23.00 pm.


Day 8 (Sunday) - Delhi

The royal journey comes to an end. The train arrives at New Delhi at 07.00 am. Munch breakfast on board. The check out time is 07.45 am.

  •     No charter is allowed to be booked during Christmas & New Year period.

Booking Policy
 
  •     20% of ticket value at the time of confirming the booking
  •     Remaining 80% of ticket value 60 days prior to departure
  •     Booking for shorter durations not less than four nights are also available
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation is recommended by email/Fax/Letter to us. On cancellation, refund will be done. Certain amount of the ticket value will be deducted as follows:

    • 5% of ticket value 60 days prior to departure
    • 20% of ticket value 30-59 days prior to departure
    • 100% of ticket value between less than 30 days prior to departure
 
In case of Groups
 
    • 10% of ticket value 60 days prior to departure
    • 100% of ticket value between 0 to 59 days prior to departure
